The project aims to establish a threepoint relationship between these elements, from Miami Beach’s water-oriented structures to the linear forms seen in industrial areas like Wynwood.
Totaling 247 units, in a 20-story tower, Residence 27 showcases picturesque sunset vistas, and stunning views of Wynwood, renowned for its vibrant art scene. The ground level of the building features retail spaces, a spacious leasing area, and dedicated parking for retail customers within the garage. The amenity deck will feature a fitness center, a resident’s lounge, and an exterior pool deck and a few stories above residents will experience a Sky Deck offering expansive views of the bay and downtown Miami.
