In collaboration with Champalimaud Design and sks-studio, 10SB designed the residences to embody the essence of classic island living while paying homage to the rich heritage of the Bahamas. Featuring a mix of unit types ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as luxurious five-bedroom beach villas and penthouses, the residences have been crafted to offer residents a seamless extension of their primary homes, with a strong emphasis on privacy and flexibility.
