The North Station CBD is envisioned as a significant new Urban Landmark in the fabric of the extraordinary development of the internationally renowned city. It is designed to be an innovative and active urban cluster, emphasizing active public spaces, 3-Dimensional active pedestrian connectivity circulation thoroughfares, considerate urban form, and an ultimately a new lifestyle entertainment destination and neighborhood Heart.
The Urban Design Strategy of the North Station CBD is defined by a series of design components to form the primary urban structure of the master plan. An ICONIC 550 meter tall Landmark tower is designed to become the new identity of the North Station CBD District. Located directly to the northeast of North Station, the landmark tower and adjacent 450 meter tall tower form a pair to create a gateway and symbol for the new district. A large pubic park to the south of the two gateway towers will provide the community with a new “central park” that will all aspects of the new district to the North Station. To the south of the central park is the urban headquarter, IT incubation and entertainment/retail lifestyle amenity district.

The Proposed North Station CBD Urban Design ultimate goal is to improve and enhance the city fabric. New and diverse amenities and urban venues will promote further systemic development throughout the district and create opportunity for enhancing land value. A new urban CBD destination and heart for the City.
