Lifestyle Clubhouse for Jefaira

The clubhouse building will serve the residents and visitors of Phase 1 and will offer leisure, entertainment and wellness facilities to the community. As the key community building within phase 1 it will provide a focus for shared events and socialising and act as the primary venue for the community as well as visiting tourists to the Al Dabaa Area.
It is intended that the building will act as a catalyst for future stages of development within the wider
masterplan
