The project is located within a new CBD which will become a world-class international destination for companies to work live and play. By considering the future evolution of these factors and balancing the commercial requirements of the brief with the aspirational vision for the tower within this context, the design team has arrived with this elegant and timeless solution.

The simple design conveys the image of a unified composition, communicating strength, stability, trust and growth all important aspects when considering the design of a financial headquarter building. The interlocking volumes, respond to the different floorplate requirements of the brief while pushing the tower form to the maximum permissible height.

The design embraces the spirit of strength, stability, trust, and growth by interlocking the massing of the two towers into one unified whole, the ‘embrace’ can be seen to signify the interlocking of hands each supporting one another in a unified strong composition. The composition conveys balance and harmony.
