Golf City is a large scale residential masterplan set on one of the highest sites in Dubai.
The project seeks to blur the boundary line between the urban city edge and the site's rolling landscape. A green garden loop ties the entire masterplan together, thus allowing kids to ride their bikes from their homes to the international school on site without crossing a single street. Each apartment is designed to have maximised views of the central golf course.
