On a quest to bring the history and beauty of Cyprus to life in the finest, most luxurious hotel in the country, the design team leveraged a contemporary approach to hospitality that puts the visitor in touch with Cyprus in an authentic way. The firm incorporated tactile experiences, indigenous building materials, and vegetation throughout the resort to bring the region’s history to life.
The design team drew inspiration from Mediterranean style, scaling, and traditional proportions to create a timeless yet contemporary resort. Amara hosts 207 hotel guestrooms and suites, all featuring 180-degree Mediterranean Sea views, a signature spa, and outstanding restaurants by world-renowned celebrity chefs to a destination attracting affluent travelers and home seekers through its rich history, natural beauty, culture, craftsmanship, and hospitality.
